RULES FOR VISITING THE WATER PARK

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The water amusement park “Aquapark”, located at: 107 Amir Temur Street, Yunusabad District, Tashkent, operated by the Joint Stock Company “National Exhibition Company Uzexpocentre” (hereinafter – JSC “NEC Uzexpocentre”), is a multifunctional water amusement park requiring physical effort and activity. Visitors must assess their physical abilities and swimming skills (ability to stay afloat) before visiting. The water attractions are scientifically designed, and their proper use does not pose a threat to life and health.

1.2. These Rules establish the procedure for visiting the Aquapark and are mandatory for all visitors. In case of gross violations, threats to public order or safety, the administration has the right to refuse entry and services.

1.3. The administration reserves the right to amend these Rules. The current version is available on official information boards and on the website of JSC “NEC Uzexpocentre”.

1.4. For any questions regarding the Rules, visitors may contact cashiers or administrators.

1.5. The Aquapark’s working hours, list of additional services, and price list are displayed at the entrance and may be adjusted by the administration.

1.6. Visitors and staff must be mutually respectful and treat the park’s equipment and facilities with care.

  1. VISIT PROCEDURE, TIME TRACKING AND OVERSTAY CHARGES

2.1. To pass through the turnstile, the visitor enters the ticket code and presents the validated ticket (validation occurs automatically). A locker key, lock, and tag are issued. The ticket grants 3 hours of access to all attractions. Tickets are non-refundable.

2.2. Time counting starts automatically when passing through the turnstile. The ticket is stored together with the deposit.

2.3. A deposit must be paid as a guarantee against loss of key/tag and timely exit. In case of loss, only actual replacement costs are charged.

2.4. Entry without a deposit is not allowed.

2.5. Staff stores the ticket and deposit and issues the locker key and tag.

2.6. Visitors must use the assigned locker, change into swimwear, and wear rubber footwear (slippers, flip-flops, etc.). Entry is allowed only in swimwear. Before and after using the water zone, visitors must take a shower using detergents. It is prohibited to store money, jewelry, video, audio, photo equipment, and documents in lockers. The administration is not responsible for their loss.

2.7. The visitor must always keep the tag and key. Transfer to others is prohibited.

2.8. After 3 hours, the visitor returns the key/tag and receives the deposit.

2.9. Overtime is charged for each full or partial hour regardless of ticket type.

2.10. Overtime receipts are issued at the cashier.

2.11. In case of loss of key/tag/lock, the visitor must inform administration immediately. Deposit is withheld until compensation.

  1. PERSONS NOT ALLOWED TO USE WATER ATTRACTIONS

3.1. Pregnant women.
3.2. Persons with significant excess weight, recent surgeries, or diseases of the heart, spine, etc.
3.4. Children under 7 are allowed only on children’s slides and only with parents.
3.5. Children under 12 are allowed only when accompanied by parents.

  1. VISITORS’ RIGHTS

4.1. To use all available services, pools, and water attractions (except those listed in Section 3) in accordance with these Rules.
4.2. To receive first aid.
4.3. To use sun loungers free of charge.
4.4. To contact staff for clarification and assistance.
4.5. To leave earlier voluntarily without refund for unused time.
4.6. To use paid services (restaurant, retail outlets, etc.).

  1. VISITORS’ OBLIGATIONS

5.1. To comply with these Rules, sanitary requirements, and instructor guidance. To treat property carefully and respect others.
5.2. To purchase tickets only at official ticket offices. Purchasing a ticket means agreement with the Rules.
5.3. To present personal belongings for inspection upon request if there are grounds.
5.4. To immediately report emergencies, forgotten items, or threats.
5.5. Minors must be under constant supervision of adults.

  1. PROHIBITIONS

6.1. Entering without a ticket or through restricted areas; being intoxicated.
6.2. Entering in dirty clothing or shoes; bringing sharp, glass objects; entering with open wounds or infections; or under the influence of medication affecting attention.
6.3. Bringing or consuming alcohol, drugs, food, pyrotechnics, weapons, or gas sprays.
6.4. Bringing hazardous, explosive, or toxic substances, firearms, pressurized containers, or fragile items.
6.5. Entering with animals.
6.6. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) outside designated areas.
6.7. Damaging equipment or structures.
6.8. Conducting commercial activity without permission.
6.9. Leaving children unattended.
6.10. Interfering with staff duties.
6.11. Bringing food and drinks (except purchased on-site).

  1. LIABILITY

7.1. Visitors must compensate fully for any damage caused.
7.2. Violators may be expelled without refund.
7.3. Visitor capacity is limited; entry may be restricted.
7.4. Administration is not responsible for accidents caused by rule violations.
7.5. Administration is not responsible for unattended belongings.
7.6. The Aquapark may close early if necessary.

  1. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

8.1. These Rules are based on the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
8.2. Assistance may be provided to persons with disabilities within technical capabilities.
8.3. Compensation or rescheduling may be provided in case of early closure.
8.4. Video surveillance is conducted for safety purposes. It does not cover showers or toilets and is limited in changing areas.

RULES FOR USING WATER SLIDES AND POOLS

Slides: “Children’s Pool”, “Toboggan”, “Lazy River”, “Kamikaze”
Pools: “Wave Pool”, “Jacuzzi”, “Teen Pool”, “Children’s Pool”

Water slides are designed for high-speed descent. Visitors must independently assess their physical condition and their child’s condition.

Visitors must:
– shower before swimming;
– follow instructor instructions;
– maintain at least a 30-second interval between descents;
– keep pools and terraces clean.

It is prohibited:
– for children under 12 to use slides and pools without adult supervision;
– for children under 7 to use “Toboggan”, “Lazy River”, and “Kamikaze”;
– for children under 5 to use the children’s pool without supervision;
– for pregnant women and persons with medical conditions to use attractions;
– to use attractions while intoxicated;
– to stop, stand, or descend headfirst;
– to bring foreign objects;
– to stay in landing zones;
– to dive into pools;
– to run or play unsafe games;
– to cross barriers or safety lines;
– to violate queue order;
– to push or behave unsafely on stairs and platforms.
