REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
visitors to events
organized by JSC NEC "UZEXPOCENTRE"

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Procedure governs the rules for registration of visitors to exhibition and congress
events organized by JSC NEC "UZEXPOCENTRE" (hereinafter referred to as the Event), including the rules for using the online registration service.

1.2. When registering for the Event, you must provide reliable information about yourself.

1.3. After completing online registration on the Event website and receiving an email, the visitor is given the opportunity to attend the event.

1.4. Registration for the Event is a confirmation of acceptance of the terms of the Procedure.

1.5. JSC NEC "UZEXPOCENTRE" (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer) reserves the right to change the Procedure at any time.

1.6. In case of non-compliance with the terms of this Procedure, the Organizer has the right to block the user's access to the Services without prior notice and without indicating the reason for blocking.

1.7. Under no circumstances shall the Organizer be liable for any types of losses resulting from the use of the Services of JSC NEC "UZEXPOCENTRE", as well as the registration at the entrances to JSC NEC "UZEXPOCENTRE".

2. REGISTRATION FOR THE EVENT

To attend the Event, you must:

2.1. Complete the registration process in one of the following ways:

2.1.1. Online registration on the Event website:
• fill in the registration form on the Event's website, indicating your e-mail address;
• receive a personal ID sent to the specified e-mail address and print it out.

2.1.2. Registration at the entrances to JSC NEC "UZEXPOCENTRE":
• in the absence of a printed electronic ID or an invitation card, register for the Event at one of the registration desks;
• fill out and sign a printed version of the visitor's questionnaire in one of the registration areas at the entrances to
JSC NEC "UZEXPOCENTRE".

2.2. Exchange a printed electronic ID, or an entrance ticket and a completed visitor's questionnaire, or an invitation card and a completed visitor's questionnaire for a visitor's badge of a standard form during the Event at one of the registration desks at the entrances to JSC NEC "UZEXPOCENTRE".

2.3. The issuance of a badge to the visitor is a confirmation of the fact of his registration for the Event.

3. PERSONAL DATA

3.1. By filling out the registration form on the Organizer's website and (or) the visitor's questionnaire in one of the registration areas at the entrances to JSC NEC "UZEXPOCENTRE", the visitor agrees:
• to transfer their personal data to the category of publicly available for the purpose of information support and access to the territory of JSC NEC "UZEXPOCENTRE";
• to entrust the processing of their personal data to organizations with which the Organizer has a contractual relationship, in order to register themselves as a visitor to the Event, as well as for the purpose of auditing exhibition activities;
• to receive information and advertising messages by e-mail, by phone, in the form of SMS messages and in the form of postal items, including from organizations with which the Organizer has contractual relations, in order to notify about upcoming exhibition and congress events;
Consent is valid for 5 (five) years and can be revoked by the visitor at any time on the basis of a written application.

3.2. Actions with the visitor's personal data may include: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

3.3. The processing of the visitor's personal data can be carried out both with the use of automation tools and without the use of such tools.
