RULES
FOR VISITING THE CHILDREN’S PARK “TOSHKENTLEND”
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The children’s park “Toshkentlend” (hereinafter – the Children’s Park), located at: 107 Amir Temur Street, Yunusabad District, Tashkent, operated by the Joint Stock Company “National Exhibition Company Uzexpocentre” (hereinafter – JSC “NEC Uzexpocentre”), is a multifunctional amusement park. The attractions are scientifically designed and safe, and their proper use does not pose a threat to life or health.
1.2. These Rules establish the procedure for visiting the Children’s Park and are mandatory for all visitors. Visitors must ознакомиться with these Rules before entering the park. By entering the park, each visitor confirms that they have read and agree to fully comply with these Rules. In case of gross violations, threats to public order or safety, the administration has the right to refuse entry and services.
1.3. The administration of the Children’s Park reserves the right to amend these Rules. The current version is available on official information boards and/or the company’s website. Rules for using attractions are displayed at the entrance to each attraction.
1.4. The park’s working hours, list of additional services, and price list are displayed at the entrance and may be adjusted by the administration.
1.5. The Park includes various attractions and play complexes, each with specific rules that must be carefully read and strictly followed (posted at the respective facilities). Visitors must:
– familiarize themselves with these Rules and other informational materials before using services;
– comply with these Rules;
– follow instructions of attraction operators related to safety;
– behave in accordance with public order rules and treat property with care.
- VISITORS’ RIGHTS
2.1. To use all available services of the Children’s Park in accordance with these Rules.
2.2. To receive first aid.
2.3. To carry out amateur photo and video recording.
2.4. To obtain information about the park and events by phone: +998 95 156 22 22.
2.5. To use paid services such as restaurants and retail outlets.
2.6. To contact park staff for clarification and necessary information.
- VISITORS’ OBLIGATIONS
3.1. To comply with these Rules, respect other visitors and staff, and treat park property with care.
3.2. Upon request of security (if justified), to present personal belongings for visual inspection in accordance with ethical standards.
3.3. To follow attraction usage rules. Visitors are prohibited from entering attraction areas without staff permission. Tickets must be purchased only at official park ticket offices.
3.4. To independently assess risks when using attractions, considering their own health, their children’s health, and individual characteristics.
3.5. To follow the instructions of attraction operators regarding safety.
3.6. In case of injury, avoid sudden movements and immediately signal staff or other visitors for assistance.
3.7. To immediately report emergencies, lost items, or safety threats.
3.8. To take care of park property and flora, maintain cleanliness, and comply with sanitary and fire safety requirements.
FOR VISITORS WITH CHILDREN:
3.9. Minors must be under constant adult supervision.
3.10. Parents or accompanying persons must monitor children’s behavior and are fully responsible for their compliance with park and attraction rules.
3.11. Parents must pay attention to restrictions on height, weight, and age when using attractions.
3.12. When using sports equipment rental services, parents must ensure safe use of the equipment.
- PROHIBITIONS
4.1. Being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or toxic substances; bringing alcohol, drugs, flammable, toxic, poisonous substances, weapons, gas sprays, sharp objects, or using pyrotechnics.
4.2. Entering by car or motor scooter; bringing animals; bringing watermelons, melons, or similar products; littering; making fires; smoking outside designated areas; sunbathing or being partially undressed; swimming or fishing; using bicycles, scooters, roller skates, skateboards, etc.
4.3. Entering restricted or service areas.
4.4. Damaging park property or flora.
4.5. Commercial photo/video recording with professional equipment without prior approval.
4.6. Without administration permission:
– conducting trade, advertising, or promotional activities;
– organizing events;
– playing audio without headphones or using sound amplification;
– connecting electrical devices to park networks.
- LIABILITY
5.1. Visitors must fully compensate for any damage caused to park property.
5.2. Violators may be asked to leave and denied services without refund.
5.3. In case of overcrowding, the administration may temporarily suspend ticket sales and entry.
5.4. The administration reserves the right to amend these Rules to improve park operations.
5.5. The administration is not responsible for accidents resulting from rule violations.
5.6. The administration may close the park earlier than scheduled if necessary.
5.7. The administration is not responsible for unattended personal belongings.
- ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
6.1. These Rules are based on the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law “On Consumer Protection”, sanitary and fire safety regulations.
6.2. Assistance may be provided to persons with disabilities within technical capabilities.
6.3. In case of early closure initiated by the administration, compensation or rescheduling may be provided.
6.4. Continuous video surveillance is conducted in the Children’s Park “Toshkentlend” for safety and security purposes. Video recordings may be used if necessary and provided to authorized authorities in accordance with the law.
