From April 1 to 3, 2026, the 25th юбилейная international exhibition “Food Products, Ingredients and Production Technologies – UzFood 2026” and the 26th international exhibition “Packaging. Equipment and Materials – O’ZuPACK 2026” are being held at the NEC “Uzexpocentre”.

The exhibition occupies all pavilions of the venue — Pavilions No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, as well as Atrium Halls 1 and 2. More than 500 companies from 26 countries are participating, including Austria, Azerbaijan, Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, Bulgaria, Germany, India, Italy, Kazakhstan, China, the Republic of Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mongolia, the Netherlands, the UAE, Poland, Russia, the USA, Thailand, Turkmenistan, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, France, and the Czech Republic.

Mongolia is making its debut at the exhibition this year.

A key feature of the exhibition is the business platform “Retail Center,” which has no analogues in Uzbekistan. This year, it will be held in a new format — the “Retail Chains Purchasing Center,” providing direct negotiations between food suppliers and wholesale buyers. The Purchasing Center will take place on April 1–2 in Conference Hall No. 2.

The business program will also include seminars, master classes by participants — “Fish Day — Every Day,” presentations of new equipment, and industry-specific events.

A highlight of the exhibition will be a live meat grilling master class followed by a tasting session, organized by the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) and The Thermoplan UZ company at the outdoor площадке.

The exhibitions are organized by the international exhibition company Iteca Exhibitions and its partner ICA Eurasia Group.
