From September 30 to October 2, 2025, the International Gastro Festival Zira Fest will be held at Uzexpocenter.
This unique event will bring together more than 100 companies, including leading brands such as Jowi, OzTi Inoksan, and Simonelli, and will serve as a platform for building business connections in the gastronomy industry.
The festival will feature a gastronomic fair with 30–50 stalls, food trucks in the open-air area offering exquisite dishes, entertainment shows and concerts, as well as master classes from renowned chefs from Italy and the CIS. Guests can also look forward to a barista championship and a forum with top restaurant industry experts from Russia and Uzbekistan.
